LIVE · UPDATED 2 MIN AGO

TelegramRankings tracks 25,062 active public channels and grades each one on a single 0–100 scale, so the leaderboard above is a like-for-like comparison rather than a popularity dump. The current front-runner is DOGS Community, and the typical channel in the index carries around 12.3K subscribers, a useful reminder that reach is widely skewed across the platform.

Unlike the scraped listicles that dominate this query, every position here is recomputed from live Telegram data on a rolling cycle. A channel earns its place by combining real audience size with genuine posting activity and momentum, not by paying for a slot. Use the filters to narrow by verification or tier, or the sort control to re-rank by raw subscribers, recent growth, or freshness.

Because this is the all-categories view, Size (×2.0) does most of the heavy lifting and the largest broadcasters naturally rise. Activity (×1.0) and Growth (×1.5) keep stagnant giants from coasting on legacy subscriber counts, while Trust (×0.5) nudges verified, flag-free channels upward. Category fit (×1.0) has little effect here since no single topic is being isolated.

Frequently asked

These rankings, explained.

How is the master Telegram channel ranking put together?

Every active channel receives one composite score built from five weighted signals (audience size, posting activity, growth momentum, trust markers, and topical fit), then normalised to a 0–100 figure. The list you see is simply those scores sorted high to low, refreshed continuously rather than hand-curated.

Why do some channels with more subscribers sit lower than smaller ones?

Raw subscriber count is the heaviest single input but it is not the only one. A larger channel that has gone quiet loses ground to a slightly smaller rival that posts regularly and is still adding members, because activity and growth both feed the score.

Can I get a channel added to the index?

Yes. Anyone can nominate a public channel and it enters the crawl queue for the next sync cycle. There is no fee and no fast lane for placement. Submit a channel
